4. Custom Designs and Uploads
When submitting artwork or images for custom products, you confirm you hold all rights or permissions to use them. Miyume Studio is not responsible for any copyright violations or legal issues arising from customer-submitted designs.

5. Orders and Payments
Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation. We accept multiple payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, and wallets. Processing times may vary depending on the type and quantity of products ordered.

6. Shipping Policy
We ship across India and can arrange international shipping upon request.

  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days after order confirmation.
  • Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days within India.
  • Tracking: Tracking status will be sent via mail once your order is dispatched.
  • Delays: Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors like weather or courier delays.
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your address is complete and correct. Miyume Studio is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at miyume.studio@gmail.com for assistance.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Customized Products: Orders for personalized or made-to-order items can only be canceled within 3 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have started, and cancellation may not be possible.
  • Non-Customized Orders: You may cancel before the order is shipped. Once shipped, our Refund and Return Policy will apply.

8. Returns and Refunds

We only accept returns for defective or damaged items. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence. Refunds or replacements will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miyume Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.
