Cancellation and Shipping Policy
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at miyume.studio@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
- Customized Products: Cancellations for customized or made-to-order items are only accepted within 3 hours of placing your order. After that time, production may have already begun, and cancellation may not be possible.
- Non-Customized Orders: You may cancel non-customized items before they are shipped. Once shipped, our Refund and Return Policy will apply.
- Refunds for Cancelled Orders: Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
Shipping Policy:
Currently, Miyume Studio ships only across India.
- Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Customized or bulk orders may take longer.
- Delivery Time: Domestic deliveries take 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- Shipping Methods: We use reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Tracking: A tracking link will be emailed once your order is shipped.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct. Miyume Studio is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.
- Delays: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, logistics, or public holidays.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact miyume.studio@gmail.com immediately so we can help resolve the issue.
- Damaged Parcels: If the package looks visibly damaged on delivery, please refuse it and notify us right away. Accepting a damaged parcel may affect your eligibility for a replacement or refund.
